I am a teacher and teacher trainer. Like you, I am passionate about teaching and learning. Indeed, I have devoted my life to helping teachers develop both skills for the classroom and skills for life. We know our role is vital. We inspire learning and transform lives. However, people outside teaching often fail to understand and appreciate the challenging and demanding work we do.
We are making a documentary film series showing the real experiences of following a teacher training course. No camera has ever witnessed an ELT training course and this documentary film for the first time reveals the physical demands, mental challenges, and emotional turmoil that teachers face.
Our mission is to raise the status of ELT teaching worldwide and to increase awareness of effective teaching skills. We aim to achieve this by stimulating grassroots discussion, galvanise the support of teachers and encourage teacher development.
